This cache is placed on Valentine's in honor of Timon!
This used to be a place that provided Timon with hours of CAT TV from his window seat. It was called Backyard Birdshop, and economy forced it to close.
It was a favorite "haunt" on days when I waslooking for a relaxing atmosphere. This series is in honor of my awesome rescue kitty TIMON, who I adopted 6 years ago at Multnomah County Animal Shelter. Since Jerevie beat me to placing a cache there (puppies and Kitties: GC1C7M5), I will find other awesome animal friendly places around the Portland Metro Area for you to also discover. There is nothing like a headbutt from a kitty to make the day's stresses go away.

12/21/2012-UPDATE
Last night TIMON unexpectedly had a heart attack and needed to be helped be sent OTRB. I want to thank him for being the best friend I could expect the last ten years. He never lied to me and was always loyal to me, and as long as I fed him, he stayed by my side thru everything. I will miss him for the rest of my life.
