Geocache Description:

Mission Creek Regional Park has many things to offer visitors and residents of the Central Okanagan. The park covers 92 hectares and borders Mission Creek for 3 kilometres. This wilderness area in the heart of the city has over 12 kilometres of hiking trails for you to enjoy. The park also has a playground, a covered picnic area, adjacent washroom facilities, the Composting and Xeriscape Education Gardens, and the Enviromental Education Centre for the Okanagan.

The cache is located close to a main trail. This park is very popular year round so please be very muggle wary when retrieving and re-hiding the cache. This cache replaces my previously muggled Mission Creek Park cache.

The terrain rating and hike distance will vary depending on which trail you choose. A trail guide is available from the Regional District's website. So park in the main parking lot on Springfield Road and pick a trail!
