This is a simple P&G cache. Good luck.
We use water for everything: food, leisure, industry, and
activities, but if we continue polluting our water we will no
longer be able to enjoy our lakes and rivers. Do you remember when
you were younger and you could go swimming, boating, and even
fishing without seeing a single piece of garbage? Before we started
polluting our rivers and throwing garbage in our lakes the water
was crystal clear and there was no garbage to be seen. Nowadays
just walking past lakes and rivers you see garbage floating along
the sides of banks. Don't you wish you could show your kids what
the water looked like when you were younger and take them swimming
in the same crystal clear lake you swam in?
Fishing, boating, canoeing, rafting, and surfing are all
activities that we enjoy but without clean water we couldn't do.
Would you actually want to swim in a lake with garbage floating by
your side? Do you want to go sight seeing or on a cruise when all
you see in the water is garbage and all you can smell is the
pollution from factories? Surely, you would agree this needs to
stop!
When you pollute the water you're not only contaminating our
drinking water but you're also contaminating the homes of animals
and sea creatures. In my opinion, when you throw garbage into the
water, you're throwing garbage into someone's home. It is certain
that you would not want to live in garbage, so how do you think the
animals feel?
Oil spills are the worst type of pollution. If a boat were to
break down and begin leaking oil it will not get cleaned up. The
oil will stay in the water killing all of the animals and sea
creatures that come in contact with the oil. Oil spills are very
deadly, therefore it is a good thing that they don't happen very
often.
Scientists have proven that the pollution in our lakes and
rivers has risen over the last three years. For this reason, we
need to do our part to keep our water clean. Some believe that just
one person alone can not make a difference. However, just by
picking up one piece of garbage and throwing your own garbage in a
trash can this will make a huge difference. It is your
responsibility to keep our water ways clean.
