Burmars: Time to archive this one. I'm glad it lasted 4 good years and served as a great reminder of when the Torch came through our city. Looks like someone from the nearby office building must have gotten rid of it. I remember placing this cache the day we boarded a plane to Vancouver so that I could carry the torch. Thanks to all who found it!! :)

Geocache Description:

DO NOT go to Fassell Avenue! It would be a waste of time! GZ is accessed from Fairview Street!

This cache has been placed in celebration for the start of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games!

It is a national celebration and I thought a cache was well deserved for the occasion. I placed the cache very close to where the Olympic torch went by on December 19 2009. This is where we saw it. It's at the back of a business complex. The cache is a regular sized cammouflaged lock n lock container containing some goodies. FTF prize are 4 olympic quarters. Please try and trade Olympic items (Any of the olympics) in this cache. Normal items are welcome too! I have posted pictures of the torchbearer and a link to a video of the torchbearer going by. I have also posted some pictures of MY run in Vancouver on February, 11, 2010. This is Canada's time to shine on the world stage! Congratulations Canada!
