Geocache Description:


Shakado parking area is a parking area on Chuo Expressway. 

This PA is in Yamanashi Prefecture Koshu City. 
There is Shakado ruins museum where ruins excavated in the vicinity have been exhibited 
to be near when Chuo Expressway is constructed. 
You can go from this PA in foot about 10 minutes.

釈迦堂パーキングエリアは、中央自動車道上にあるパーキングエリアです。

上りは山梨県甲州市にあります。
近くには中央自動車道建設の際、付近にて発掘された遺跡を展示している釈迦堂遺跡博物館あります。
パーキングにて駐車し、見学することが出来る珍しいパーキングエリアです。
上りPAからも徒歩約10分で行くことが出来ます。
