Geocache Description:

The cache is hidden on a walkway that I only found recently while out on an evening walk. You may be able to use the hint to rest on nonchalantly and find the prize without attracting to much attention.

The Beaver's Mr and Mrs Beaver are the builders of the dam near Beaversdam. They are the first Narnian creatures Peter and Susan Pevensie meet in Narnia; and the second for Edmund, who had previously encountered the White Witch, and Lucy, who had met with Mr. Tumnus on several occasions. Their role is major in The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe, and briefly appear in The Last Battle. The two protect the children at their home in Beaversdam upon their entrance to Narnia, feed them and first inform them of Aslan and the prophecy which directly refers to the four children as the means of the end of the White Witch's reign. They also reveal that Mr Tumnus has been taken prisoner by the White Witch. During this time Edmund creeps out of the house to seek the palace of the witch, and although his absence is not detected until it is too late Mr Beaver is certain that Edmund has gone to the witch, as Edmund had the look of someone who had been with the witch, and he hadn't told the others what he'd done or who he'd met when he had first come into Narnia on his own. On Edmund's arrival at the witch's house, he lets loose that his siblings are in the care of the Beavers, prompting the Witch to order Maugrim and the her secret police to track them down. Meanwhile, the Beavers and the other three children leave to join Aslan. On the way they take shelter in a small cave, where they are awakened by the arrival of Father Christmas, with presents for all. The Beavers then lead the children on, and soon arrive safely at the Stone Table. The Beavers would have had the time off their live working this waterway into shape. Re-hide the cache well under the flax leaves and mggles are watching from all corners of the compass.
