Gold Hill Trail Cache Traditional Cache

Located on Sumas Mountain along a trail that takes you up to three old gold mines and a primitive log cabin. The cache container holds log sheets.
The cache is located towards the beginning of the trail that leads up to the gold mines and log cabin. At the time of posting this cache six other geocaches already exist further up this trail. Parts of this trail can be wet and muddy all year long, especially the first 3/4 mile. Rubber boots are recommended at least for the first part of the journey. The cache is placed close to the end of the fence line that you will be walking along side. Other caches located up the hill are GC1P1Z6 - The Water Slide, GC13D3A - Gold Digs , GC13WC9 - Golden Fleece, GNCND7 - Fools Gold, GCRJ7N - Gold Rush, and GC17MKN - Gold Standard. Although there are other caches above these listed, there are closer and more better routes to them (my personal opinion). Plan a day up here and have some fun. Happy Caching, DaddyA
