The cache is not at the
posted coordinates. Here is fairly easy mind-bending puzzle cache
that is all about putting together a few clues. Study the photo, do
a bit of thinking and solving, go get the coords., then off to the
final you go.
According to Wikipedia:
“Profiling Inputs: this is basically a collection of all
evidence, including anything found on the scene (i.e. fibers, paint
chips, etc.) and anything derived from the crime scene (for
example, photographs, investigator notes, measurements,
etc.)”. Evidence collection and some simple analysis will be
needed to solve this puzzle.
The final is in a muggly area during rush hour traffic, but you can
pull over and block their view with your car.
