Geocache Description:

This should be a quick park and grab - with a twist!

The Wendy's fast food chain's most famous advertising campaign was the 1984 "Where's the beef?" ad series starring Clara Peller, a crochety 81 year old retired manicurist who began acting at the "young" age of 80 years! In the ads, she couldn't find the beef patty on a competitor's hamburger, yelling "Where's the beef!". This iconic phrase was repeated around the country, was printed on T-shirts, and even made its way into the 1984 Presidential campaign and debates.

The Winn-Dixie supermarket chain has long been known as "the beef people" and used to display signs on each store declaring this as being true. With the declining American consumption of red meat, the chain abandoned the slogan.

This cache brings together both sources of beef in one parking lot. The cache is located between the two stores. It is an unusual cache that we have not seen used much around Orlando. We won't give away too many details to maintain the challenge. It is large enough for a log (bring your own pen) and perhaps a few small trading items.

Have fun!
