Geocache Description:

Looking for a Magnetic Key Holder.

This cache is located in the Port Hudson State Historical Site which is located 25 minutes north of Baton Rouge on Hwy US 61.

There is a great museum, picnic facilities and miles of wooded trails with descriptive information here, so make an afternoon of it. It is one of the truly impressive Civil War sites.

The cache is locate in the pinic area of the site. There is an entrance fee of $2.00. While at the site, there are two other caches you can hunt, put I would recommned that you wear comfortable shoes and bring some water, the other two require hiking.

More info on the site is available on http://www.crt.state.la.us/parks/ipthudson.aspx

The woods and trails are wonderful and can be used as a great stress reliever for everyone.
