crs98: Many thanks to the 500+ geocachers who visited and found this cache. We hope you enjoyed this geo-art series! As a number of the CO's have retired from the game or moved, we have collectively decided to shut down the puzzles rather than let them languish. This puzzle was solved by selecting the rank of the river based on length from the Wikipedia list of the longest rivers in the world.

The cache is NOT at the posted coordinates!

This is 1 of 42 puzzle caches in a series that were created to commemorate GeoWoodstock VIII. There is a Final of this Series that you can find, if you feel inclined to do so. The Waypoint for the Series Final is GC24NBA.


You will need to find the 21 numbers attached to 21 of the 42 puzzles used to create this series. These numbers will be placed on the logbook of the puzzle caches, so WATCH FOR THEM! This cache may, or may not have one of those numbers in it. You will need to have signed the logbook of all 21 of the correct caches to be able to legally claim a find on the Series Final. Good Luck!

This cache is not at the posted coordinates, but rather at the coordinates of:

North [Olenyok] [Upper Ob-Katun].[Canadian + Kwango + Yamuna + Vaal]
West [Narmada] [Tocantins – Araguaia].[Yalong + Cumberland + Dneister + Krishna]

The cache is not located on private property on the rock wall near ground zero. Please do not search there! As this cache is located in a residential neighborhood, please be careful to practice good stealth tactics. Please avoid searching for the cache outside of daylight hours.
