Geocache Description:

Found cache out of hideout and vandalized. Cache removed 6/11/20 for refurbishing. Placed back at site 6/26/20 Fort Point, on Cape Jellison in Stockton Springs. A great spot for a picnic, and to search for sea glass along the shore.

You're looking for a green ammo box. It contains the usual log book and a few items of "inestimable" value.

The spot is the site of Fort Pownall, built by the British in 1759. Only earthworks remain. There is an active light house, picnic area, and small beach to enjoy.
