Escondido tras una famosa farmacia, es lugar donde con frecuencia hay conciertos y eventos al público en general.
El lugar donde esta es un punto de interés para turismo local y extranjero, ya que es un recién creado Jardín Urbano del que pueden gozar las familias o los corredores ocasionales.
Bienvenidos al Jardín Urbano y Centro de Servicios Municipales de Isla Verde Jose E. Aponte De La Torre. Desde el Centro, los residentes y comerciantes de Isla Verde encontraran servicios municipales y estatales de seguridad y emergencias médicas, orientación sobre eventos de turismo, vacunación de
mascotas, clínicas de salud, actividades recreativas, ejercicios adaptados y las principales oficinas para el pago de contribuciones y permisos municipales. Pero el concepto no se limita a los servicios propiamente. En sus 12 cuerdas de terreno hay desarrollado un hermoso parque para el recreo pasivo y la celebración de conciertos y eventos musicales. Para facilitar aún más el acceso a esta variada gama de
actividades y servicios se puede llegar al Centro a través del Sistema Intermodal de Transportacion Carolinense SITRAC.

Be careful with mugglers, while there’s usually some people, everyone’s doing their own stuff, and the place where it’s hidden doesn’t attract attention.
Hidden behind a famous drugstore, here there’s frequent concerts and public events, hosted by the Carolina municipality.
This place is an interest spot for local and foreign tourism, since it’s a recently created Urban Park where families and occasional joggers can enjoy.
Welcome to the Urban Park and Municipal Service Centre of Isla Verde Jose E. Aponte De La Torre.
From this centre, residents and merchants from Isla Verde will find municipal and state services of safety and medical emergencies, orientation about touristic events, pet vaccination, health clinics, recreational activities, adapted exercises and the main offices for the tax and municipal permit payments. But the concept is not limited to the services. Also in its terrain there’s a beautiful park for the passive recreation and the celebration of concerts and musical events. To facilitate even more the access to the variety of activities and services you can get to the Centre trough the SITRAC (Intermodal System of Carolina Transpostation).
