The cache is a film canister located along the flat, concrete walking path between Bunny's Corner and North Haven Bridge. It is just off the pathway.
You can park at either of these places.
The cache holds a log. You will need to have your own pen. There are no swaps included because there is so little space in a film canister. Keep an eye out for Muggle walkers and cyclists.
