susiemerlin1: I have been down this morning and the cache is nowhere to be seen. There was a pile of stones at the bottom of the fence post where it should of been, but alas no cache.

Geocache Description:

A small lock n lock box on a popular trail.

Care will be needed when crossing the road to the beginning of the trail (opposite the car park). This newly refurbished Mining Trail leads to Portreath & Illogan and is a nice pleasant walk with some great views and the odd glimpse of the sea. It can get busy with dog walkers and the odd horse rider.
