The Grouchy Troll Trail
Three trolls there came from the land of beyond
through a magical gate that was near to a pond
There also came through a three headed Hydra
which had drank a Gallon of Bulmers pear cider
This attacked the three trolls each troll with a head
but the trolls threw a stone pillow they used in their
bed
This shocked the poor creature and turned it to wood
so the trolls had a party and danced in the mud
They had a grand treasure which they hid near a river
and partied all night or until they did shiver
Because they fought and did argueall night they did
moan
until the sun's rays nearly turned them to stone
The two eldest did contrive and trapped one under
rock
then agreed to keep distance because you know how they
mock
Now Grimashee is trapped but grabs at passers by
and dosen't eat much but a worm and a fly
Dukad is the eldest and can catch a mean fish
but his river is dry so all he does is wish
Goran was unkept and rather untidy
he couldn't catch fish even on a friday
He has a pet roper which hangs down from a tree
and reaches to trap passersby that will be
So be warned all ye travellers when your out on a
walk
beware of grouchy trolls or monsters that stalk
Or beware of the cider drinking monsters in the trees
or the strange barking creatures that come up to your
knees
For this area is a delight and a beauty in the morn
but comes awake in the eve when three grouchy trolls
dawn
They seek for their treasure which they've since forgot
where
and can eat the odd termite but please do not stare
And now that I've finished and you'll go seeking fun
stay safe in the woods by the river in the sun
For the grouchy trolls three will never seek you
there
and success is assured if you take every care
