A micro placed near a safe and convenient place to pull off of the
twisty Mt. Hamilton Road to take in the magnificent views. We
highly recommend heading a bit further up the road to visit Lick
Observatory.
We spent our day celebrating Valentine's Day enjoying Mount
Hamilton. Our original plan had been for a long hike, but we got
distracted by the fascinating Lick Observatory. By the time we were
heading back down the hill, the sun was getting closer to sunset
than planned.
We stopped here for a few minutes to enjoy the views and the late
afternoon light. Hopefully you'll enjoy the view as well!
