The cache can be found at a country road intersection on Robbins Range. The cache is an ammo can.
The cache brings you to the original Robbins Range School site. After wittnessing the disapearance of many older building Wilf Pelly, Ron Lyons and Ollie Coster seeked to find a home for this worthy school. After a study of many places the Robins Range School found its home in Kamloops next to the solar school. Now it can live on for everyone to enjoy.
Many folks have attended this school. My father in law and his sister attended, years later my mother in law taught here, as a teen I would ride my horse up from Dallas to this spot(double outhouses were still here then), my toddler had her picture taken sitting at the window, years later it was taken again at a class outing at its new location! Last year a geocache was placed near the school to honour it. Now with a cache placed at the birthplace of, "Robbins Range School" attendance will keep on being enjoyed!!
