Okay, so there's not a major terrain challenge for this cache, but it's a fun little bushwhack through the woods along Lake Townsend.
Congrats to Night-Ranger for reaching the 3K landmark! Night-Ranger is a regular bulldog when it comes to the hunt—tenacious, perceptive, and danged near indefatigable. And he never gets weary of placing new caches for the rest of us to enjoy, ranging from simple park-n-grabs to the most challenging hides out there.
When the cache was hidden, there was no trail out here, and reaching it required significant bushwhacking. Greensboro's newest hiking/biking trail will now lead you to within a few feet of the hide. Watch out for briers and critters of the multi-legged (and no-legged) persuasion. Please be sure to re-hide the container as well as or better than you found it.
