Those of us who cache in the Coulee Region have no doubt found at least a few of vtwinspin's caches, or those placed by his daughters, the evil twins. We've all grown to have a love/hate relationship with clues like "tucked in" or "cleverly camoed," but love those clues or hate them, it can't be denied that Dean's cache placing energy has kept many of us busy, especially during the slower months of winter.
On a recent trip to Florida, Dean was finally able to log his thousandth cache, escaping the snow and cold of Wisconsin. Enjoy a hike up the Perrot Ridge trail in Perrot State Park to seek his Silver Ammo Can, which is hidden.....well, I think we all know how it might be hidden! ![](http://www.geocaching.com/images/icons/icon_smile_wink.gif)
Park at the contact station and head for the start of the trail just south of there, near the historical marker for Perrot's Post. Then, start hiking, enjoying the bluff trail leading up and up. When logging your find, share a story of a twinspin cache you've found or an adventure shared with him, if you'd like.
The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to Lois Larson, Park Manager. Geocaches placed on Wisconsin Department of Natural Resouce managed lands require permission by means of a notification form.
