This is a popular place for the locals to meet for a quick bite or to sit and chat awhile. They will usually take off when you show up unless you're willing to share! Use care when approaching this cache! It's only a signature on a piece of paper!
Parking is available at Pelican State Beach. The cache is a camo'd military flare can attached to the rock with bicycle cable. Do not leave trackables, they will be muggled!
