Geocache Description:

An easy park and grab cache. No pen is provided - just a log.

From 1959 to 2008 this location was the site of a funky looking round building with a circus-like roof. An eyesore to some and landmark to others it was an excellent example of unique mid-century architecture. The building began as a Big Top convenience store, one of 15 built in the Denver area. By 1964 some of these stores were offering self serve gasoline - a novelty at the time. There were plans to build 100 more Big Tops but by the early 70's Big Top sold out to another convenience store chain. This particular building played host to the convenience stores, a series of hot tub and pool shops, and a ski shop. In 2008 the building was torn down and the building you find here now was built - and it isn't even on a corner.

Some bounce in this location. I averaged several readings. Enjoy the cache.
