Billy Goats Gruff Multi-Cache

This cache has been archived.

DDDIRC: Part one missing.
Part two missing.

Area around part one overgrown but "do-able" but path to second part totally overgrown with brambles. Both bridges rotting away.

This cache used to take you on an enjoyable stroll to a rarely used, but worthwhile path but is now a major jungle trek. Apologies to all those who have tried the cache recently but the time to retire has come.

How Geocaching Works

Geocache Description:

A simple two part multi. The co-ordinates are for a micro magnetic containing the co-ords for the actual cache which can be found a few minutes walk away.

Located between cycle path 43 and the Tawe, easy parking nearby at N51 38.231 W3 56.004. Although close to the cycle path, this footpath is much less well known. A tranquil spot to enjoy the sound of the water. First You need to look for a micro magnetic cache. This only contains the co-ords of the final cache, there is no log to sign here, but stealth may be required. Once you have the co-ords, the final can be found a short walk away. Although close to the cycle path, neither the offset nor the final cache are in suitable locations for wheelchairs or baby buggies and great care should be taken when retrieving/replacing the final cache. This cache is not recommended for those bringing young children along. The final cache is a small plastic tub with room for some trackables and very small swaps. I may increase the container size in the future if this one works out.
