We love this area of davenport, due to the relative safety of riding bike and bring kids along on our travels. We have placed a new cache here in an area we have always thought would be a good place. There is a geocoin for the first to find. You will need to bring a pencil to sign the log. We think it will be a much harder find in the summer so that is why it is rated a 2, but very obvious in the winter. Good Luck.
