Geocache Description:

HAPPY ANNIVERSARY!!! We are placing this cache in honor of the anniversary of our introduction into geocaching and our first find on February 22, 2009.

We each received a Garmin Nuvi as a gift and he thought to check out the FAQ at the Garmin website. There was a question in the FAQ list that asked, 'Can I use my Nuvi for geocaching?'. What is geocaching? Further websearching was done, and here we are one year later, NUTZ about geocaching!

Our first find was right here in North Augusta. It was "Cowardly Lion" GC1D7P3 placed by Shreklets. Wow! We were amazed by the container and the size of the log!

So, following the 'lion' theme, we are bringing you to Lion Memorial Field to find our cache. It is a typical container, hidden in a not so typical way. Please take the time to replace the container as you found it to prevent anyone from stumbling upon it by accident.

If you are feeling a bit 'squirrelly' after you make the find, please take a moment to tell everybody how you were introduced to this great game in your log entry.
