Geocache Description:

This cache is along the trails that were created with the opening of the Ellis Creek Water Recycling Facility. The trails opened in July of 2009 and are very enjoyable. The container is a small bison tube, log only. There is plenty of parking and you do have to get out and walk. Trails are open from dusk until dawn each day.

In the mid 70's I worked for a nearby rancher who leased these fields. There were no ponds at that time but we did irrigate the fields with waster water. My job was moving the irrigation pipes each day. At the end of each move I would weigh about 30 pounds more due to the sticky adobe soil stuck to my boots.
