In order to find the cache, you have to watch a TV broadcast.
But several broken TVs were stored in the TV repair shop. Since the production time of the TVs is long ago, there are no spare parts available. The only way how to repair them is to use the spare parts of other TVs in the repair shop.
The cache are at a rather busy location, therefore please take precautions and observe maximum stealth when grabbing and placing back the container. The best time to do that would be the dark time of the day..
