This is a container I haven't tried before. To see if it was water proof I put it in a bucket full of water with a brick on it to hold it under. I came back a little later and there was one drop of water in it. OK it doesn't leak. I didn't test it for condensation or people not closing it all the way.
Remember when walking down the Florida Trail that all the trail maintenance is done by volunteers. If you see any downed trees of problems with the trail let me know. We can get out and fix it.
All the caches I have hidden on this section are not bushwhacking caches. You do not need to plow through palmettos. This cache looks like you might have to but backtrack a little and you'll see a trail going to a large tree. All the caches are next to trees.
