This is an introductory program intended for people new to geocaching, however assistance from veteran cachers is encouraged! Time is from 1-3pm at the Sugar Creek Administration Building.

Learn how to get started in this “high tech treasure hunt” using your GPS! We will discuss how geocaching works, what you need to get you and your family involved, and even find a cache! No previous experience is necessary! If you have a hand-held GPS unit, please bring it. If you do not have one, we may have a limited number to share.
Experienced geocachers are welcome! I will be leading the program, but additional assistance from veteran cachers is welcome. This would be a great way to get your friends and family introduced to your obsession. :) Please call 708-946-2216 to register or for questions. (Ask for Jamie.) Extra GPS units to share with participants who do not have their own would be greatly appreciated.
