Archiving a geocache is meant to be a permanent action. Only community volunteer reviewers and Geocaching HQ can unarchive caches. This is done only in rare circumstances and only if the cache meets the current Geocaching Guidelines.

UPDATE:The muggled cache has been replaced. The cache is on the public side of the fence.
This is an easy Cache and Go, or continue west on the road, to get some kicks on Route 66. There are several historic buildings in the town of Holbrook, as well as original Route 66 restaurants, motels, gift shops, and dinosaurs. Also find Tow Maters TeePee. While in town, stop at Joe and Aggie's cafe to learn more about the setting of tegh Cars movie in Holbrook.
The montains in the distance are nearly 100 miles away.
The cache has easy access to the Highway, and plenty of safe parking. A great place for some scenic photography of wide open spaces. RV/18 wheeler friendly.
Also, tumbleweeds tend to collect at the new location, so you may need gloves.
