Virginia Power. Say each capital letter seperately and see if you
figure it out. Enjoy!

Mallards, Red Heads, Canvas Backs, Buffle Heads, Teals,
Canadians and many more are here for your viewing pleasure on the
entrance road to Henricus Park. The cache container is a cammoed
bison tube.
Warning! This park is serious about closing times. Read the sign at
the entrance of the park for closing times. If you get locked in,
call the police.
