Geocache Description:

Beautiful view fron this location.

CACHE IS NOT AT LISTED COORDINATES. Instead the listed coordinates mark the "Emmes Reef" which is a major hazard to sailors undertaking the Adelaide - Lincoln. Each year since 2004 the Royal Volunteer Coastal Patrol has set up overnight camp here for the Adelaide - Lincoln yacht race. They provide radio monitoring and a rescue response for the participating yachts. They are part of the 25 odd volunteers of various Volunteer Marine Rescue units and 4 members of SAPOL Water Operations Unit that spend the night on active standby for the race. To access the cache follow the narrow trail from the adjacent parking, please do not walk thru the bushes. Now for the cache location, simply decipher the following. Cache contains log, pencil, Ciril & FTF pathtag with room for small swaps.
