Geocache Description:


Another in the Veteran Cache series. This one is a tribute to the men and women of the Air National Guard. Fly High. These have been placed as a way to thank our veterans. They are easy finds but always be aware it's a desert out there watch for things that poke, bite, sting and burn. You should be able to reach these caches in 2 wheel drive as long as you have good ground clearance and good common sense.

  

Update 6/3/2010 - Like every soldier the monument stones for these caches have received new orders. The caches will remain in Nevada to honor veterans but the stones are shipping out to Oklahoma to be near choppnhappydog. There will be a new series of veteran caches near Tulsa where the stones will remain until they receive their next orders.
