After Much Muggling of the 2nd stage, this has been changed to a one-stage puzzle cache. To log a find, you must correctly answer two questions.
There is a place in downtown Stockton where time stands still. It doesn’t matter if you go there day or night; it is always the same time.
Go to the listed location and figure out what time it is. Then, send us a message and tell us what time it is in the Vortex! Also, tell us the ID number of the parking meter there at the Vortex. If you are correct, we will let you know and you can log your find.
