Fancy a quiet weekend enjoying the coast in beautiful Cornwall this summer? Then join us at Penhale Farm Camping and Caravan Park. Whilst the majority of the caching community will be heading North this weekend for the UK's 2010 Mega event we decided to give an alternative option for those more Southerly based who can't make the trip. Located near Fowey and only 4 miles from the Eden Project this will make the ideal short break away. Also close by is Polkerris beach a lovely sandy cove which is walkable from the site.

If this sounds good to you then all you need to do is contact the campsite direct on 01726833425 to book your pitch. If you qoute you are part of the geocaching group then they will try to situate us together. All info regarding prices is on the website. Deposit is £25 and full payment is on arrival.

For all you underworld fans there are some caves within a 30 min drive from the site...Nat has found this place that runs guided tours.. (visit link)

Day visitors are welcome in the evening on Saturday 31st for the normal geocaching chat and TB swaps etc etc. Bring a BBQ we're hoping for nice weather!

We've decided to have a theme for the Saturday evening which will be HIPPIES so look out those flower power trousers and tie dyed shirts...and grab those hippie wigs!!! PEACE MAN!!

This event will have no formalities and no new caches set by us for it, we just want a nice chilled out weekend, caching and enjoying the British sunshine.
