League of Idaho Cachers

My son Blake asked me to do a cache in dedication to is handheld electronic pet named "Happy". So here you go B-man. He was with me when I hid this one and completely approved the location of the cache. I hope you have as much fun in finding this one as I had hiding with my son. Oh and have fun! Happy says it's required!
