Sort of in the middle of nowhere, this is a neat formation and a neat view. I drive the route for work at least once per month.
This difficulty rating is due to the amount of places this little cache could be stashed. Some people might find it quickly and others will pull thier hair out looking for it. When you do find it, please carefully replace it how it was. It should be invisiable when correctly hidden.
