Geocache Description:

Ruins of Regional Park

This is the first cache my kids and I have hidden. I was raised in castroville,and the park has changed a lot since then. The transformation the park has taken in the past 10 years has been amazing! And the new trails are well worth the exploration. This cache has been hidden not far off the U-turn style path of the "Helen's Way" trail. There are several scatterd square cement bases, that I can only imagine were the supports for sum sort of aquaduct for the nearby canal. They're vintage look lead my kids imaginations 2 race. But u can draw ur own conclusions. If your looking for this during the summer,watch out for snakes.
