Geocache Description:

I had to attend a function at the Cairns Convention centre not that long ago.
Parking space was not easy to find so I took a gamble. It didn't pay off.
A friend asked "How much did they sting you" and that gave me an idea.
So I decided to employ the Department of W.A.M.(whatsamap) to do something about it.
