Mile Drive North Traditional Cache

This cache has been archived.

RoobyDoo: After the last cachers disappointing log, I came out to see if the cache was still here. I must admit, the extra tree growth did make it harder, but the cache was exactly where it should be.
However, since I archived its sister cache ‘Mile Drive South’, I’ve decided to remove this cache and archive it.
Thanks to all visitors who enjoyed the hunt.

Geocache Description:

Mile Drive was an avenue which was created in the 19th Century which went from the gates of Dauntsey House to Swallett Gate.
Later it became a biway. Since the M4 motorway was built, that cut the avenue in half. Fortunately a bridge was inserted (and a nice shiny new one at that!) to allow the avenue to remain.
This cache is North of the M4 motorway. Very limited parking is available at both ends of the Avenue.
