up there we met a wonderful "man" the landscape and the weather is
clear, a wonderful view of Sicily. You can wander around the
steaming crater holes and in some places makes the sulfur and other
chemicals and minerals that crater mouths tinged with green, yellow
and red. It can be a bit chilly up here on the wind so it is a good
idea to have some extra clothes with them. Cable car starting from

rebuilt. Etna is located approximately: 3 300 m above sea level and
had its last outbreak 2008th It was a minor outbreak. Since the
volcano is active and occasionally erupt, they are rarely violent,
although they sometimes have caused tragic disasters. The most
famous occurred in 1669 when the city of Catania was destroyed but
in 1908 an earthquake caused Etna when nearly 100 000 people died
in Messina. Etna is therefore not entirely harmless. Lava thrown
out when the outbreaks and flows down the hill is quite slow. It
makes it these days is rarely a risk to people who can be quickly
