Dog Balls Traditional Cache

It occurred to me while walking through this park that many of the
dogs have lost their balls. A very sad condition indeed as all good
dogs should be able to play with at least one at all times. To help
remedy this unfortunate situation I’ve placed a cache is
filled with balls collected while out caching: if you're walking
your dog and realize he is without any then feel free to take one,
or even two!
The Cache
This cache is located inside the Marymoor off-leash dog area though
it's not necessary to have a dog. Yes, you might stand out a bit
but it's quite normal for dog-free folks to pass through to trails
accessible on the far side. If it is still too uncomfortable then
you could pretend you’re looking for your darn run-off
mutt.
The container probably isn't entirely weather-proof over time but
your dog probably won't care. Also, there is a second watertight
container within the larger to keep the logbook clean and
dry.
Don't worry about trading or returning anything, just grab one or
two items and when it gets low make a note of it in your online log
and I'll replenish the contents; the exercise will do me good and
the whole point is to provide a toy when your pet has lost or
forgotten one somewhere else. Besides, I've collected so many that
if they don't move through the cache fast enough I'm going to come
down here to randomly hand them out and that would be a little
weird for everyone.
Note that Marymoor Park has a parking fee of $1.00 that can be paid
at the electronic payment machines located in or near most parking
areas. Park hours are dawn to dusk.
