The cache is not at the coordinates listed above.
To locate this cache I started with Google Earth and worked it out and went in and placed it. The location is 1,000 feet from the two nearest caches to this location. One of the reference caches has been archived but is still available for viewing it is GC19W4Y. Obviously there are two points that could be 1,000 feet away from both caches this is not to the East. Because the coordinates are a little rough it will help to know that the cache is located under the large fallen tree at ground zero. The tree has four large branches and the cache is at the junction of these branches. I would suggest parking as close as possible and entering the old logging road downhill to the right of your parking space as you face the trees. Good luck, have fun and remember life is too short to not cache in the rain.
