Difficulty has been upgraded as they are doing some construction very close to the cache.

PLEASE USE STEALTH

This is the first in my "HEADSCRATCHER" series. These caches are designed to be a bit tricky, and to make you stand there and scratch your head trying to find them.

Hence the title

There is parking close by, but not easily available during the winter.

For the winter months I would suggest parking around the following and walking to the cache
