Litt historie om Ramton Camping. Ramton er en gård med bosetning langt tilbake i tid.
Dagens Ramton-ætt kan spores tilbake til tidlig 1800-tall.
Den første Ramtonbonden levde av jordbruk og fiske.
På 1850 tallet slo man seg inn på isdrift.
Kunstige isdammer ble bygd.
Historien finnes i et lite is-museum på gården.
Sommeren 1931 ble de første spisstelt satt opp.
I dag er Ramton Camping en topp moderne campingplass drevet av 7.generasjon Ramton.

Ramton is a farm with a settlement far back in time.
Today Ramton-lineage can be traced back to early 1800 numbers.
The first Ramtonfarmer lived by farming and fishing.
In the 1850's In the 1850's began with ice sale.
Artificial icedams was built.
The story exists in a small ice-museum on the farm.
In the summer of 1931, the first peak tents set up.
Today Ramton Camping a state of the art camp run by 7.generasjon Ramton.
