Geocache Description:

Kho Sire is a small island just meters away from Phuket. There is a connecting bridge, so no boat or swimming is required to reach this place.

Picture loading Along the road after the bridge are mangrove forests on the right side and a terrace with some monkey statues. A lot of monkeys come here in the late afternoon for food and the banana vendors enjoy a good business...
Follow the road, at the clock tower turn right and enter the gate after about 500 meters. In front of Buddha turn right again and follow the way up the hill.
On the top of a hill is a viharn with a reclining Buddha, from where you can enjoy a beautiful view over Phuket City and the neighboring small islands. If you go up there with a scooter make sure the brakes are working fine and drive carefully.

The area is accessible between about 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Please leave the pencil-sharpener in the cache.
The logbook is a book like "book", not a roll like "cigar". It has left pages to write on as well as right pages for the same purpose. Thank you very much.
