Geocache Description:


I placed a cache nearby here but wanted at the time to put something out a bit bigger. Well, this IS now a lot bigger than the original hide. I moved it and it is placed in a slightly different style and in my opinion, it is much harder to access terrain wise. When you arrive on site, you will see that it is nearly in plain sight from the right angle but you will need to work a little to get to it. It is big enough for most normal TB's and coins but the traffic of the previous hide shows that it does not get an ample amount of traffic.

When I took the coords, I averaged about 40 samples and it never got more than about 18 ft due to tree cover. However the hints kind of give it away on where it should be.

Rated snakes for the summer time, ticks for the grass that grows here, and thorns for the thistle in the area. There is also a bit of poison oak in the area, but if you approach from the right angle you should have a clear, if steep, pathway. You may want to consider using a walking stick or two.. it can be a steep climb.
