What Wuz Here??? Traditional Cache

This area seems a little empty of caches. I placed this one while Iwas hiking along the abandoned Goose Flats Trail....well sort of. I was in route to Nada Cone II but decided to make a direct approach which lead me to this spot. Cache is a small camo tape bottle. The name for this cache came from the 4 concrete foundation posts about 40 feet from the cache site on the ridge top. Something was mounted here but what???? Any Ideas???
Local hazzards include PO, Snakes,Ticks.
