After the little group of caches set at milestones by westswozere near Warminster I looked for a suitable one near Shepton Mallet.It was either here or Downside but I chose this site.
There is a small layby about 20 yards from the cache.Right next to the milestone is the Royal Mail letterbox.
Cache is a normal micro containing log only.
Please note: This cache is still close to the slip road to Shepton Mallet – PLEASE TAKE CARE OF CHILDREN AND PETS!
As westswozere say,not all milestones are made of stone.
If it survives to then this one will be very hard to do without spectators in the last week of June!
