Geocache Description:


A nice walk just on the edge of Keyworth. You could do this cache from the A606 end but I'd suggest you don't for safety reasons, i.e you can't park and walk safely. Your best bet is to park on Nicker Hill in Keyworth (hence the cache name) and access the trail head at N52 52.332 W01 04.311, take the public footpath and make a nice walk of it.
The cache is located not far from the test track. The track is now mothballed but potentially could still carry trains. You do not need to stand on railway property to get this cache, so don't go trespassing, stay on the path!
Approaching from Nicker Hill also allows you to get a good view of Nottingham as this is said to be one of the highest points in the county.
